Rutgers Business School (RBS) Finish Line Fund-New Brunswick seeks to raise funds to assist talented students as they prepare for productive careers in accounting, finance, management science and information systems, marketing, supply chain management, pharmaceutical management, business of fashion, and real estate, among many others. Through the Finish Line Fund, we also want to support hardworking students in their final semesters when their other aid streams may become exhausted, so lets help them cross the finish line!

The mission of RBS is to prepare a diverse enrollment of almost 10,000 students become resilient, resourceful, and responsible business leaders. We serve New Jersey, the communities we reside and work in, and the world by cultivating business knowledge, ethical judgment, global perspectives, and innovative research and teaching, and by engaging in robust business partnerships. Gifts to the Finish Line Fund of RBS-New Brunswick will be used to support talented and deserving RBS students in need as they approach the end of their academic tenure at RBS when other sources of financial aid are unavailable. The fund is used to help with such expenses as books, course costs, transportation, and other essential costs that suddenly become a hardship capable of derailing a student's ambition of graduating and beginning a career.

Why are donations necessary?

Rutgers Business School is the highest-ranked public business school in the northeast U.S. (Financial Times, 2022). In the Financial Times 2022 Global MBA Rankings, RBS was ranked No. 14 among U.S. Public Business Schools moving up 7 places from last year. According to the report, one of the major strengths of RBS continues to be the high return on investment for a Rutgers MBA degree. Rutgers Business School ranked No. 1 among public business schools in the U.S. for Salary Percentage Increase, and No. 3 in Employment Outcomes overall in the nation (employed 3-months after graduation). Using 20 criteria, the Financial Times ranking is the most comprehensive report on business schools in the world, measuring everything from salaries to alumni satisfaction. Overall, RBS was ranked No. 38 in the U.S. among all private and public business schools, and No. 69 globally, moving up 15 spots from a year ago. To achieve and build on these accomplishments, we depend on the loyal, generous support of alumni and friends.
